i don’t care about straight girls who are afraid to cut their hair short in case they get called lesbians, i care about the fact that lesbians are being used as fucking insults
THE NOISES I AM MAKING
sometimes i wonder how my life would’ve turned out if i hadn’t signed up for tumblr
so Charlotte Bronte read Emma by Jane Austen and was really interested in this minor character named Jane Fairfax who was poor and would have been a governess had she not married well and then Bronte wrote her own novel exploring the plight of the poor governess who married this guy named Edward Fairfax Rochester in a novel called Jane Eyre and my point is don’t let anyone tell you shit about fanfiction.
*cries everywhere *
dude, being addicted to fanfiction is so weird. you stay in front of your computer for hours a day reading different versions of those same characters falling in love and fucking again, again, again and again. and yet, we’re looking for more, creating more, making fanarts because, apparently, nothing in the world is more fulfilling than fictional love, the love we cannot have. that’s either inspiring or unsettling. or both.
"John, there’s something I should say; I’ve meant to say always and then never have. Since it’s unlikely we’ll ever meet again, I might as well say it now."
